4 Levels starting from the beginner to advance.

Level-1, 30 Days Plan is designed for the beginners and contains some
easy exercises to perform with
30 foods that should not be consumed.
3.
Level-2, 21 Days Plan contains
normal exercises with a list of
21 foods that should be kept at distance to get fit.
4.
Level-3, 15 Days Plan contains
hard exercises with
15 foods that should not be consumed.
5.
Level-4, 7 Days Plan possess some
extreme exercises that are designed only for the professionals with
7 foods that should be kept an arms length.

Quick Access You can quickly access to all the exercises in the Exercise tab of the app.

Yoga This section includes yoga exercises that are easy to do and quite essential with the details about that particular yoga and how to do it. .

Calorie Lost section shows you how much calories you burnt or lost by doing exercises.

BMI shows you the body to mass index and tells you how fit you are.

Animated Images shows you how to do a particular exercise in correct way.

Detailed Video shows the video description of that exercise.

Zoom Buttons are there to help you to read the text in a way you want.

Progress Bar shows the progress you have made and the days that are left in challenge levels.

Session Time displays the time used by you doing a particular session.

TTS - Text to speech guide is embedded in all the challenges to provide a unique experience in doing the exercises.

Rest Time allows you to take the rest after completion of the exercise. Rest time varies depending on what exercise you finished earlier.

Set Reminder reminds you to do exercise on specified time everyday.

Share you progress and which day you completed with your friends.

Small in size just around 4 Mb unlike other fitness app who are about 25-30 mb in size.
20. It also records the training progress automatically to show you the duration time and the calories burnt in Kilojoules or Calories.
